That’s a really cool pattern which concentrates the mind like no other I know to bring big and convoluted things right down to “brass tacks”.

The idea is that you find yourself in an elevator with a person you have never met before, and you have about 20 seconds to explain what it is that you do for a living.

So today’s exercise is to come up with that elevator pitch for your business, for your current project or possibly even for yourself, if you’re in the market for that kind of thing at the moment …
