Here, we have an interesting exercise to call in the big cavalry – the Arch Angels, Michael, Uriel, Raphael and Gabriel.

First, we have to orient ourselves in space. Figure out where due south is from where you are facing right now. It doesn’t have to be that accurate, roughly right will do, and if you really can’t figure it out, make a decision right now as to where south is going to be for the purposes of this exercise. The Arch Angels are very forgiving of human fallability and won’t hold this against you 

In the south resides Arch Angel Michael.

So now, stand up, turn to the South and ask in your own words Michael to help you out, for whatever you need help with right now.

When you have made your request, give a bow and turn to your right.

That’s west, and here we find Gabriel.

Ask Gabriel for help, give a bow and turn to the right again.

This is the north, and Uriel.

Ask Uriel for help, thank it with a bow and do the last right turn.

Now you are facing east, and that is Raphael.

Ask Raphael for help, bow.

For a moment, stand in the centre and breathe deeply, then thank them all globally and – return to Earth!
