Someone wrote to me a couple of days ago and they said that they felt as though “their whole family had been cursed with poverty and failure”.

“Curse” is an emotive word but it is true that certain blemishes in the energy system do get passed along in families; they often appear like shadows or clouds and they actually affect the thinking, feeling and behaviour of those who have these.

So today, we’ll check our wider energy system for such shadows and if we find something, we’ll remove it. That is easy because energy is very responsive to attention and the only reason such things remain for so long is that no-one has ever sought to do anything about them.

Sit back, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, close your eyes and let your awareness widen out, track and trace your own wider energy system and look for, or sense, any shadows, clouds or other areas of disturbance.

If you find such a thing, use your intention to swirl it, dissolve it, dissipate it and have it stream away.

And it is as simple as that – so very well done!
