We have already used the Thoughtflow system, whereby we make a sphere to enclose questions, queries, troubles, memories and thoughts and lift it up and over our heads for further processing and also, so that we can face the day again without distractions.

This particular exercise is related to this, but it is faster, more global and very refreshing, actually.

It allows us to re-compute in a very short time a great many things about our lives by taking a different perspective to the information we have stored in our bodies, our minds and our energy systems so far.

In a moment, imagine you were standing at the beginning of your time of life, just before the moment of your conception.

There is the lightburst as you make your entrance into our dimensions and then the light ripples out from there in many colours to make a pathway, a lifeline, if you will, only this isn’t a line but it looks more like the wake of a ship, a ship made of light, and that ship is you, and the trailing wake is your life, your memories, your experiences and your decisions.

Now launch yourself forward and into the wake the ship of light is leaving behind, follow it, fast and faster as it moves towards now.

This time, the streaming wake of events is going to flow right over your head, and down your back as you follow, follow forward towards the now.

Let it flow. Let it go. Let it flow across you like fast velvet, sparkling and enriching.

When you get towards now, you have caught up with the ship of light and you enter it, so you are one and the same again, and when that is so, open your eyes.
