292. Autogenic Relaxation

Autogenic Relaxation

Today's Money Energy Exercise is: Autogenic Relaxation.

We are a long way into this, and I’m sure we’re ready for some real autogenics – powerful mind/body control with imagination and attention.

Give this your best shot and make as REAL and powerfully FELT as you can make it. And don’t let the simplicity of this exercise fool you – if you can do this, you have learned a basic skill that less than 0.01% of the population have access to.

In a moment, sit back, relax, and close your eyes.

Let your body relax and now begin to get a sense of your autogenic body instead, some call it your astral body, but it matters not.

Let your autogenic body slowly, very slowly, sink backwards and straighten out, as your autogenic legs lift, free of gravity, and as you sink backwards and stretch out more and more, it is as though you are lying down now on a cloud, or floating supported in mid air, entirely horizontal.

Stretch out your arms and legs and move them a little, like you used to do when you made snow angels as a child.

Feel your toes, your fingertips.

Feel your spine and neck coming into perfect alignment, perfect relaxation.

Breathe deeply and let go completely now, your body completely supported and perfectly aligned.

When you are ready, move the top of your body forward and your legs downward, pivoting around the central axis and until you have returned your autogenic body entirely to your physical body again.
