There are three kinds of users.

There are new users who have just found your product or service;

There are old users who have been on your books for a while;

There are potential users who are waiting to be awakened and turned into real live users.

Imagine for a moment, if you will, that you are standing on a theatre stage in a vast theatre, and your audience is composed of these three groups, left, right and center before you.

Look at each customer group for a moment and connect with the group individually, left, right, and center.

And now think of something to say to all of them, that will excite all of them the same and bring them forward to become a fourth group on a different level – your BEST users.
