This is a lovely relaxation exercise that is also good for many other reasons; it is simple to do and so, let’s just get started.

Many people think of only one or two colours when we talk about wealth – green perhaps because US dollar notes are green, or gold, because gold is gold, if you know what I mean.

But actually, every colour can be a reminder of why you want wealth, what wealth means to you, and can certainly be an incentive and energy charge to keep you focussed and on track.

I’m going to call the colours, and you make a connection how they are an aspect of the essence of your wealth, for example: “Ruby red – fine wines, luxurious carpets, exquisite gems, a beautiful sports car, wonderful flowers in my garden.”
