Hand Drop Self Hypnosis

Today's Money Energy Exercise is: Hand Drop Self Hypnosis.

Here’s a nice relaxation exercise which doubles as a lesson in self hypnosis.

Hold out your right hand comfortably, with your upper arm close to your body and your lower arm outstretched and roughly parallel to your right leg.

Now say to yourself, say in your mind and out aloud as well:

“As I relax, my hand begins to move downwards.

“The more it moves downward, the more I will relax.

“When my hand touches my leg, I will relax completely and all over.”

Close your eyes (don’t look at your hand) and let it all happen automatically.

Isn’t this fascinating?
