This is the reverse exercise to the one we did earlier.

Take a deep breath.

Look around your work space and take your time tracking across everything you see there.

Now, think of one object that would significantly enhance your work flow, productivity and well being if you added this to your work environment.

What would that be?

As we don’t have time to acquire this for real yet, for now, look to the space it will inhabit and “create it there”, strongly and with full intent for 60 seconds. Describe it to yourself, focus on the specific details as well as the whole thing and have it be there, and just as real as you can allow it to become.
