I would like you to think now of a rich and famous person whom you admire, and who has in essence achieved what you are endeavouring to achieve.

Call up (evoke!) the person so they are right here with you, in this very room, and have them be here and real until you really can feel their presence and you know that they are here.

Take a moment to tune into the person and then come up with a gift for them, something that would HELP THEM in whatever way they could do with a little help from a friend, and give them this gift.

Allow yourself to receive their gratitude fully before they leave, and you go back to work.
