Today's Money Energy Exercise is: Step Aside For A Moment ….

Here’s a GREAT exercise for mental flexibility with many practical benefits.

In a moment, I want you to step out of your body and observe yourself from the right and slightly behind, three steps away.

Watch yourself working … in fast time.

Start with the empty desk or work environment, and then at high speed, observe as you come rushing in and doing all the things you do in your working day.

Speed it up some more so it is REALLY FAST. That way, you get to see the patterns of what you’re doing and how you do it.

Play it all the way until you finish your day’s work, then come back into yourself.

For the next sixty seconds, I want you to reflect on what you have learned and where you might consider making some improvements in the flow of your working day.
