Today's Money Energy Exercise is: Shake Out Those Cooties ….

This is a really good fun 60 second exercise that will bring a smile to your face, even if you’re not feeling like jumping around right at this moment.

In a minute, stand up.

Consider that our body has a memory of its own, and that all sorts of cooties get stored and trapped just by virtue of living in our matrix all the time.

So what we’re going to do is to shake out whatever you don’t want or need from your hands and arms, from your feet and legs, and wriggle them off from the rest of your body.

These could be misery cooties, laziness cooties, clumsiness cooties, memories of old injuries or times of pain – just shake them out, get rid of them, brush them away.
